One-on-one sessions customized to your goals and schedule.
 

  • Single Session (60 min): $60

  • Single Session (30 min): $30

  • 5-Hour (or 10 Half-Hours) Package: $275.00

  • 10-Hour (or 20 Half-Hours Package: $550.00


Virtual and in-person sessions available.

Small Group Training

Train with a supportive, like-minded group (max 3 people)

  • One time: $20/person

  • 5-Hour (or 10 Half-Hours) Pack: $250/person

  • 10- Hour (or 20 Half-Hours) Pack $525/person

Payment & Policies

Payments accepted via cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal.

 

24-hour notice required for cancellations. Sessions not canceled at least 24 hours ahead of time may be charged.

 

Sessions expire 1 year from purchase unless otherwise noted.
